Our in-house prepress department utilizes state-of-the-art digital technology to ensure your project is reproduced as efficiently and accurately as possible. Quest graphics utilizes the Prinergy environment. Prinergy is a PDF-based workflow developed by Heidelberg and Creo that maximizes productivity for large format projects while retaining incredibly accurate results. Prinergy is based on Adobe® Extreme™ technology assuring truly reliable results.

PREP DEPARTMENT
Our experienced staff offer services in both assembly and color correction. We strive to produce each job in a timely manner with close attention given to detail. Mac based retouching capabilities.

We accept a wide variety of application files and formats.

Preferred software and file formats
Quest supports all industry-standard page layout programs:
QuarkXPress, PageMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop, and PDF. We support the native application files for supported software as well as these file types: .eps, .tiff, Postscript, and .pdf. Quest accepts the following types of media:
ZIP (100mb), JAZ (1, 2, gig), CD and DVD, and Floppy disks

PROOFING DEPARTMENT
Each project requires a high quality proof for color comparison. If you don’t provide one, Quest will produce one for you as a service to our clients. Our proofs are digital Creo Matchprints with a maximum size of 30 X 40. We also will provide you with a
full size laser printout for position and content. Once reviewed and approved we will proceed with plating and printing.

PLATING DEPARTMENT
The Magnus VLF ensures maximum throughput and capacity, while providing efficient organization of very large data. Our computer-to-plate (CTP) workflow guarantees accurate results at sizes up to 83” X 63”.
